NetFocus Universal Apps Privacy Policy
PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy (hereinafter “Policy”) governs your use of NetFocus Universal’s ( “NetFocus Universal D.O.O., Prizrenska 4/A, 11000 Belgrade (Stari Grad), Serbia”) owned and created software applications (hereinafter “Applications”) for mobile devices. This Policy sets out the following:
– What personal data we collect and process about you in connection with downloading and using our Applications;
– Where we obtain this data from and what we do with it;
– How we address your data protection rights;
– How we comply with current data protection rules.
All personal data is collected and processed in accordance with EU and US data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
Personal Data Collection and Use
User-Provided Information
Our Applications do not collect or store any personally identifiable information such as:
– Name, address, email, telephone number
– Government-issued ID or payment details
– Usage history of Applications or communications
– Real-time geographic location or IP address
– Device identifiers, OS version, browser type, or internet activity
Automatically Collected Information
Some non-personal technical data may be automatically collected via third-party SDKs or marketplaces:
– Device type and model
– Advertising ID (e.g., Google Advertising ID)
– IP address
– OS version and browser type
– App usage behavior
(Note: Applications that fall under Google Play’s Families Policy are exempt from personalized ad collection.)
Consent Management and User Options
To comply with EU and US privacy regulations, all Applications use the Google Consent Management Platform (CMP). Upon first launch (and periodically thereafter), a consent form is shown to users where they can:
– Accept or reject personalized advertising
– View and manage all advertising partners
– Access and configure privacy options under “Manage Options”
– Withdraw or update consent at any time in the app’s settings or by reinstalling the app
Advertising Networks and Data Deletion Options
Our Applications are supported by third-party ad networks that help keep them free. Users have the right to access and delete data collected by these partners. Below are our ad partners and how to manage or delete your data with them:
1. AdMob by Google

5. InMobi Ads Network

To find your Advertising ID, go to your Android device’s settings:

Managing Your Advertising ID on Android
To limit or disable personalized ad tracking on Android:
1. Go to Settings > Google > Ads
2. Tap Delete Advertising ID (Android 12+) or Reset Advertising ID
3. Optionally, enable Opt out of Ads Personalization
This limits tracking, but does not erase existing data—you must contact ad networks individually as shown above.
Data Sharing and App Permissions
We do not directly share personal data with advertising networks. Data shared via advertising SDKs is anonymized and limited to technical identifiers, and only transmitted under your consent.
Applications may request essential permissions, such as:
– Internet access
– Network state
– Device ID access
These are required solely to support ad delivery, analytics, and app functionality.
Google Play Disclosure Requirements
To comply with Google Play’s data disclosure policies, the following categories may apply:
– Approximate location – For local ads and analytics
– User IDs – For ad personalization and usage analysis
– App activity – For crash reporting and engagement insights
– App performance info – For diagnostics and improvement
– Device or other IDs – For serving non-personalized ads and user analytics
Your Consent
By using our Applications, you consent to:
– The collection of non-personal data as described
– Use of cookies, analytics, and advertising SDKs
– Participation in the Google Consent Management Platform
